Tools: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects
Solution: I created a 5 eLearning courses and SWOT Analysis in Articulate Storyline. Solution was a fully interactive custom course with gamification elements. I used Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere to create custom motion graphics and animations. Progress was tracked in the NIQ LMS and learners received knowledge badges after each lesson.
Miller's Ale House FOH and BOH Rise Courses

Tools: Articulate Rise
Solution: Using Articulate Rise, I created 3 interactive eLearning courses used by the Front of House and Back of House Employees of Miller's Ale House to train employees on the current menu items and service standards. Each module had a knowledge check to test the employee's menu knowledge.
CMS CDO Application Rise Courses
Client: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
Tools: Articulate Rise
Solution: Using Articulate Rise, I created 4 interactive eLearning courses used by CDO Application Users. The Rise courses were designed to help CDO Application Users fill out the Salesforce CDO Application and Organization Maintenance Web Form.
Miller's Ale House Team Member and Manager Courses
Client: Miller's Ale House
Tools: Adobe Indesign, Adobe PhotoShop, Schoox LMS
Solution: As part of the transition from paper manuals to MAH's first LMS Schoox, I designed and developed over 100 Team Member and Manager Training Programs in Adobe Indesign. Photos were captured using Nikon and edited in Adobe Photoshop.
Call Listening Lab
Client: UnitedHealthcare
Tools: Articulate Storyline and Speechminer
Solution: As part of the new hire onboarding for Medicaid call center agents, I created a Call Listening Lab. Call were exported from Speechminer and imported into Articulate Storyline. Agents choose from a variety of calls to listen to and were quizzed while listening to the call.
Ask Max EPSS

Tools: Learning Guide Manager
Solution: Ask Max EPSS was designed using Learning Guide Manager. The EPSS gave just in time training for Disney Cast Members on how the use Ask Max, Disney's Workforce Management Tool.
FOS Onboarding

Tools: Learning Guide Manager
Solution: Created using Learning Guide Manager, this course provided onboarding training for all new Cast Members for the FOS department at Disney.
Dinsey Hong Kong Admin Professional Training
Client: The Walt Disney Company
Tools: Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects
Solution: Designed for Administration Professionals at Disney Hong Kong. The training consisted of 8 modules. Video shot on a green screen and edited in Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Audio was recorded in English but translated into Cantonese.
